Once inside, your time spent here will be brief. The bank will be on your right, and though it won't appear on your map, it is southeast of the Homestead Motel. The best way to get there is to head westward towards the center of the pier, and then shoot northward up the boardwalk. The bank is located northwest of your position. This is important to remember as you head to the People's Bank of Point Lookout to follow through and use the newly-garnered password to retrieve the next object needed to continue this side quest. And the password can only be spoken by the woman on the tape, or by the man it was meant for. By listening to the track, you'll learn that it is indeed a password. When you open up the locker in question, you'll find something called Box 1207 - Spy Audio's Password. Then, with this side quest marked as the active quest, simply head to the east and you'll see the lockers you seek. Simply leave the motel and teleport to Pilgrim's Landing.

You'll need this, because once the message is read on the computer, your next task is to open a locker out on the Point Lookout boardwalk. Read it, and you'll also acquire a Locker Key before proceeding. When you examine the computer terminal, you'll find only one message on it. The lit-up room has an obvious piece of interesting equipment within, and that's the computer terminal. Creepily enough, you can still sleep on this bed if you so desire.

When you enter the motel room, you'll find a rather disturbing scene, with skeletal remains sitting atop the queen-sized bed. If you're facing the location of both doors, you're going to want to go through the door on your left, since it's in the very room beyond that door that you'll find the origins of The Velvet Curtain side quest. When you arrive at the motel, you'll find that there are only two doors you can enter into the building via that aren't boarded up. The Homestead Motel is an abandoned building north of Pilgrim's Landing, where you first come ashore on the Maryland coast. It all begins at one location in Point Lookout you're likely familiar with, especially if you followed our walkthrough through Point Lookout's main quest and uncovered said location early on. This interesting side quest also presents gamers with the longest side quest in the entire Point Lookout expansion (heck, it's longer than half of the main quest missions in the DLC too).
